General Students and Teachers:

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Congratulations and Thank you to all the CTSO --DECA, FCCLA and HOSA students and teachers who brought back the awards and Board Positions to Moanalua High! -
Once again our students represented Moanalua well. Three students on the HOSA Board, an outgoing and incoming President form Moanalua High as well as many category awards! DECA award winners were sent out by Fred Ito. Special thanks to Lynne Hashizume, Faith Shinagawa, Fred Ito, Sharon Majors, Joanne Yonamine and Kelly Calistro for helping prepare the students. I'm sure I forgot someone and I apologize!

Lock Down Drill-
Thank you to everyone who complied with all of the directions sent out by Mr. Suapaia. There were some who did not close windows and at least one who opened the door when the handle was jiggled by the Police. Yes, we had real police officers on campus evaluating how it went. We learned some things and will make a few revisions to our crisis plan. Special thank you to Joshua Suapaia for putting the plan into action. I hope that it wasn't too disruptive, but it truly is important.

Thank you to the Music Department for another outstanding Central District Honor Band performance!

Tentative Master Schedule is posted and the first Transfer Posting (TATP1) should be out as of February 27.
If you are planning to apply for posted positions, you need to complete a 101B and have me sign it. Probationary 6 teachers must apply for their posted position at Moanalua if they wish to stay in their position.
