General Students and Teachers:
Class Changes
If you need or want your class schedule changed, pick up a Class Change Request form from your counselor or the Registrar's Office. Class changes will be done in order of priority. Summer school changes, course failures, missing periods, or missing required courses are done first. Elective changes will be done only after all required course changes are completed. The ABSOLUTE last day to change a class is FRIDAY, AUGUST 22. - K. Kado-Fukuda
Advisors' Meeting
A meeting for ALL Class and Club Advisors will be held on Monday, August 11, during lunch, in the Library. Lunch will be provided for all advisors. Please try to get there as quickly as possible as there is a lot of material to be discussed. - S. Pang
Advisors' Workshop
If you are doing a field trip or fund raiser, or just THINKING about doing either, a workshop on both topics will be held in the SA Room on Tuesday, August 12, during lunch. - S. Pang
College & Career Center Reminders
Attention all students! All students, especially seniors, must know their school Gmail account by the end of the first week of school. Ms. Ishida will be sending all College and Career announcements to your school's email account. You can view a calendar of events, access the College and Career Bulletin, and email Ms. Ishida with questions with your this account. You will need to check this account at least twice a day. Please see Ms. Ishida if you do not know your email account and password ASAP!- A. Ishida
HC Court Meeting and Application Deadline
Applications for Homecoming Court as well as S.A. Senator are now available in the SA Room. Be sure to pick up applications early. Once they run out, no others will be run off! Applications are due Monday, August 11, 2013, by 3:00 p.m. in the S.A. Room. A short but MANDATORY meeting for all interested Homecoming Court members will also be held during lunch on Friday, August 8, in the S.A. Room. If you do not attend this meeting, you will not be allowed to run.- S. Pang
Japan 2015
There will be a meeting for those who have enrolled for Japan 2015 on Monday, August 11 during lunch in H102. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Gudoy in H012.- E. Gudoy
SA Committee Chair Meeting
A meeting for all SA Committee chairs will be held on Wednesday, August 13, during lunch in the SA Room. Use your reminder as a lunch pass to take lunch out of the cafeteria. The meeting will begin promptly after the second lunch bell.- S. Pang
Talent Show Applications
Applications for this year's Talent Show are now available in the S.A. Room. Applications are due at a mandatory meeting during lunch recess in the SA Room on Monday, October 13, 2014. Absolutely no late applications will be accepted! If you do not attend this lunch meeting, you will not be allowed to try-out or participate in the show. This year's show is open to soloists, duets or groups no larger than five.- S. Pang
Treasurers' Meeting
A meeting for ALL S.A., class and club treasurers will be held Thursday, August 14, during lunch in the S.A. Room. Please try to be there or send another officer to substitute. This information will not be repeated at a later meeting.- S. Pang
