 General Students and Teachers:
SALADS FOR SALE!
Good Morning Everyone--both Students and Teachers:
Effective today, Tuesday, January 21, we will be selling premade salads on Line 4, Ala Carte Line.  Each day will have a different salad, so watch for the sign on the window by the entrance to Line 4.  We will make a very limited amount of salads each day, so it's first come, first served.  Unlike the ala carte menu, the salads will cost $2.50 for students, and $5.00 for adults, and will come with milk and a fresh fruit (like a regular lunch).  - C. Shop for Higher Education
It's that time again!  The annual Foodland Shop or Higher Education Program is HERE!  Beginning February 5 through March 18, when you go to any Foodland or Sack 'n' Save, register your Maika'i card under Moanalua High School.  Then, every time you shop at either store, Moanalua will earn points good towards scholarships.  You can start registering NOW!  We usually earn one scholarship, but if Moanalua finishes in the top 20, we earn an additional scholarship.  The higher we place, the more scholarships we earn.  Moanalua usually finishes in 35th or 36th place.  Let's try to finish in the top 20 this year!- S. Pang

State Student Conference
Want to make a difference for your fellow students?  Then be a delegate for the 2014 State Student Conference!  Delegates help discuss student issues which then could move on to resolutions and ultimately actual bills to the State legislature to become law.  Moanalua has only 5 more delegate spots remaining, first-come, first-served.  You must have at least a 2.0 GPA with no failing classes.  It is open to all grade levels.  You must be available on pre-conference day, Saturday, February 22, from 8:30 until 3:00 with lunch provided.  Moanalua High School will be the host site.   Then, you must also attend the actual conference itself at the State Capitol on Wednesday, March 19, from 7:30 until 3:00, during Spring Break.  Lunch will also be provided for that.  If you are interested, see Mr. Pang in the SA Room for an application!- S.
