Registration Night 2015
Registration night is scheduled on January 20th, 2015, and will begin at 6:00 pm in our school cafeteria. All students and parents are highly encouraged to attend and learn more about electives, new courses, and new graduation requirements. This will also be a good opportunity for students to collect their elective labels and signatures. - E. Kubota

AP Night 2015

This year we will be hosting our first ever Advanced Placement Night on January 22nd, 2015, in our school cafeteria. The night will begin at 6:00 pm. We will be discussing the advanced placement expectations, requirements, and changes for next year. Students will also be given an opportunity to meet with the A.P. teachers to discuss specific course expectations and to collect their labels and signatures. We encourage all students and families to attend whom are interested in enrolling in any advanced placement courses for school year 2015-2016.

S.A. Officer Applications
It's that time already? Yes! S.A. is looking for a few good students to run for office. If you are interested, forms are now available in the S.A. Room. A mandatory meeting for all interested students will be on Thursday, January 22, 2015, during lunch in the SA Room. - S. Pang

Tutoring Program
The tutoring service is back! Tutors can earn service hours for tutoring, and students who need help can benefit from the extra instruction! If you want to be a tutor, or you need extra help from a tutor, come to the library Tutoring Corner and fill out the appropriate form once tutors are available.- S. Pang

Candidate Posters and Flyers
This is just a reminder to all students who are running for some sort of court or office. Your campaign flyers and posters must be taken down within a week of the election, regardless of whether you won or lost. Teachers and staff are being asked to report violations to Mr. Pang which may result in disqualification or a ban on future campaigning for violating the posting rules.- S. Pang

Sophomore "City Lights" Banquet
 
Hey Sophomores, come out and join us for food, dancing, prizes and priceless memories at our sophomore banquet on Saturday, February 14th at the lovely Honolulu Country Club. Bid Sales are still $50!!! They will take place January 12th through the 23rd at I-201 in Arakawa's Room. :D - J. Kohara

Freshmen Class Upcoming Service Project
 
Happy New Year! Would you like to start or add service hours for class? Here is another upcoming service project event that you can sign up for!

On Sunday, January 31, a Project Hawai’i Inc. collection and fundraiser will be held at Pearl City’s First Hawaiian Bank, which is at the corner of Kamehameha Highway and Waimano Home Road. The shift is from 10:30am - 1:30pm, which is three hours. Volunteers either hold fishing nets to collect donations from people walking by, and/or wave signs to raise awareness! Signs are provided by Project Hawai’i, Inc.

If you would like to participate in this service project, please see Ms. Chiu’s room in M-302 for a permission form ASAP! Forms are due January 26. Start off this year on a FRESH, clean slate and help spread the new-year-cheer throughout the community!

CAMOGA Wrestling

The CAMOGA Wrestling team is still looking for wrestlers! If you want to be a part of the most grueling, yet most rewarding sport in high school, come out and join the wrestling team. Be a productive citizen of Moanalua High School and be involved. All you need is your athletic clearance, workout clothes, and wrestling shoes. Practices are in the gym starting at 4:00pm. See Coach Eddy in H102 for more info or just come to the gym. Remember, “…you’re not going to experience greatness if you’re not willing to take a chance. " So come out and take the chance.- E.
