General Students and Teachers:
On-time to school is Seated In Class by 8:30am
The school day at MoHS officially begins at 8:30am; YOU are expected to be in class by 8:30am. Students arriving after 8:30am are considered TARDY.
If you are tardy to school, report to the Admin Office and see a Vice Principal for a tardy pass. Students tardy to school without a valid excuse will be assigned lunch detention for the day. Go to the GYM for lunch detention from the start of lunch. - W. Lum
 
Student Safety Walking to and from Campus
The following reminders are for all students walking to and from campus:

1) Be aware of your surroundings. Stay alert and watch for vehicles in your path. When   crossing in front of vehicles, make eye contact with drivers.2) Use the sidewalks while walking to and from campus. Use crosswalks to cross streets3) Report any unusual incidents or situations to school security and/or Administration immediately.

Valid 2015 MoHS Parking Permit Required
If you drive to school and park in the student parking lot, your vehicle MUST be registered with the office. MoHS parking application forms are available in the administration office. School security will be checking student vehicles for valid and properly displayed 2015 MoHS parking permits.

Drivers are expected to follow all rules and pay attention to pedestrian traffic and other vehicles while driving on campus. Student drivers are to park their vehicles in the student parking lot. Students are NOT allowed to park vehicles in the Teachers parking area. Be safe, alert, and responsible drivers entering and exiting campus.

Football Field Construction, Site-Safety and Security
Students are reminded to stay clear of the football field due to on-going construction. For your safety, students are NOT to enter the construction area. Should you notice any unauthorized persons in the construction site, notify security and/or administration immediately.

National Honor Society Blood Drive!
Attention students 17 and older! Interested in saving three lives? Wanna be a hero? Join NHS and the Blood Bank of Hawaii for our 2015 NHS Blood Drive on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 in the MoHS Library. Interested student donors should attend a meeting on Wednesday, Jan 21 at 3:20PM in the Student Center. A representative from the Blood Bank will be here to share their story. AP Night 2015
This year we will be hosting our first ever Advanced Placement Night on January 22nd, 2015, in our school cafeteria. The night will begin at 6:00 pm. We will be discussing the advanced placement expectations, requirements, and changes for next year. Students will also be given an opportunity to meet with the A.P. teachers to discuss specific course expectations and to collect their labels and signatures. We encourage all students and families to attend whom are interested in enrolling in any advanced placement courses for school year 2015-2016.

It's that time already? Yes! S.A. is looking for a few good students to run for office. If you are interested, forms are now available in the S.A. Room. A mandatory meeting for all interested students will be on Thursday, January 22, 2015, during lunch in the SA Room. - S. Pang

Are you tired and hungry all the time? Are you going to be a senior and concerned about your food choices? Learn how to eat healthier and learn basic cooking skills. Sign up for “ Health and Nutrition”
If you are interested in Cooking and Baking possibly for a career, sign up for PHS Core class. Interested in the medical field, sign up for “Health Service Core” . Is Fashion your passion? Sign up for Arts and Communication in Fashion Design. All these courses are the Beginning level. Come to F201 or F202 for a sticker/label or if you have any questions.
