2013 Federal Survey Cards
Federal Survey Cards will be distributed by all Period 1 teachers on Monday September 9. Please take these cards home and have your parent/guardian complete and sign the card. Return completed Federal Survey cards to your period 1 teachers by Tuesday September 10. If you are unable return Federal Survey Cards by Tuesday Sept 9, please return completed/signed cards to your Period 1 teacher as soon as possible. - W. Lum

Homecoming Activities
Homecoming Week is September 16-20, 2013! Check out the flyer that should be in every teachers' room for the activities each day! Every morning, there is a dress-up competition, and every lunch period will have a noon-hour activity. Don't forget the Night Pep Rally, Cheer Competition, Banner Competition and Parade as well- S. Pang

Homecoming Dance
The homecoming dance will be held on Saturday, September 21st from 6:00pm - 10:00pm. Doors close at 6:45pm. Please grab a permission form from Mr. Yoshizawa's room in H-102. You MUST turn in a permission form in order to attend the homecoming dance! Tickets are currently $5 from September 9th through September 13th and will go up in price next week to $8 from September 16th to September 20th. You may turn in any form with payment during lunch or after school to Mr. Yoshizawa. - C. Yoshizawa

PSAT sign ups
The PSAT will be given on Saturday, October 19, from 8:00-12:00 noon, here at Moanalua. The cost to take the test is $20.00. For juniors who are eligible for free or reduced priced meals may receive a fee waiver. With this waiver, the cost of the test is $3.00. Please bring your eligibility letter with you. We encourage all of you to sign up early! Please see Mrs. Nitta in the College and Career Center to make your payment. Please make checks payable to Moanalua High School. - S. Faildo-Lee

S.A. Executive Council Meeting
This is just a reminder to all S.A. Officers and class presidents that an Executive Council Meeting will be held today after school in the S.A. Room. Class presidents should have their hardcopy class reports ready to present and submit as well as an electronic version. American Sign Language Club
Have you ever wanted to learn another language but weren’t the best speaker? Then come join the American Sign Language Club where you can learn about a language that requires no talking at all! Filipino club
Attention Menehunes! The Filipino Bayanihan (prounounced BYE - YA- KNEE- HAN) club we will be having their first informational meeting in H104 in Mr. Pasquil's room on Tuesday, September 17 during lunch. We will be discussing upcoming events such as Filipino Cultural Night, service projects, and other aspects of the Filipino culture.
