Fall Food Drive
It's that time of year again! Moanalua has always been generous with food donations, and with the poor economy, even more people will be looking for assistance. You can do your share by bring canned foods, dry noodles or bags of rice to your homeroom between now and November 14. Also, monetary donations are accepted. Every fifty-cents will count as one item. Remember, you will be helping others less fortunate and, this is also a class competition! Bring your food donations to the back entrance of the library by the end of CAP on November 14. Pick-up will be right after CAP that day, so you MUST deliver donations before then.- S. Pang

Halloween Happenings!
For Moanalua High School, Halloween will take place on Thursday, October 31! Three major events will be sponsored by SA. First, at 8:30 a.m., a costume contest will take place through Period 1 classes. The Period 1 with the highest percentage of students dressed out wins a prize! Then, at recess, if you are dressed out, look for any of the SA officers who will give you a treat! Finally, if you are on the first quarter honor roll AND you are legitimately dressed out, you will receive a free ice cream sundae after school at the SA Room Snack Bar while supplies last. Happy Halloween!- S. Pang
